Students play with sock puppets at an Open Circle retreat

What does a snickerdoodle, fuzzy blanket, fragrant garden, sailing crew, and harmonizing chorus have in common? According to Elizabeth, one of our student leaders, they all relate to cherished values that she experiences in Student Open Circles (if you need more of an explanation, you’ll have to read her story!). Also in this letter, Eddie describes the many communities and people he’s gotten to know with over his three years of volunteering with us, and how he has grown as a leader. It gives us hope to support so many young people who value service, mutual care, and deep connection with others. Thank you for your support of Student Open Circles, and of these young adults who will continue to make a positive difference in the lives of others into the future!
