Student Volunteers Support Isolated Seniors
Samiha and Radha share their experiences of connecting with isolated seniors during the pandemic, and how the students they volunteer with are forming community with each other. CityHousing wellness coordinator, Brenda, tells about the needs our volunteers are serving. Student Open Circles’ service to students and the community continues to deepen as we facilitate both in person and online programs this fall.
As Student Open Circles celebrates 20 years this fall, we are hosting a series of events and activities to celebrate, including a crowd-sourced recipe book which is now available!
We are so grateful for your support during these challenging times as we support students and empower them to make a positive difference in the lives of others!
